Benchmark comparison 2008-2010

The table below compares our performance with other London based social landlords. The comparison is based on the cost indicators set by the Tenant Service Authority. In 2008/09 the number of organisations that contributed data to this was 47 and in 2009/10 this increased to 63. The top quartile ( Q1) represents the best performing social landlords, the top 25%.

From the below you can see that in terms of cost East Thames performed above average when compared with the other London based social landlords. In the majority of cases we achieved a level of performance that classified us in Q1 and Q2, the top 50%. The only area where we failed to perform above average  was “the cost per property of responsive repairs and void works”. No improvement was made in this area and we remained in the third quartile for 2009/10. We hope to improve on the below performance for 2010/11 and the results will be available in this section of the website in the new year.
