About our pension scheme
East Thames offers a generous pension scheme. Members of the scheme have their contributions deducted automatically from their salary each month. You can choose how much you contribute, as long as it is at least 1% of your salary.
Depending on how much you pay in, East Thames will also make a monthly contribution (see table below).

The scheme also features low charges, a wide choice of investment funds (low, medium or high risk), the option to transfer your benefits from any existing approved pension arrangements you have and an online service to keep track of your fund.
