2. Mixed communities

This section is concerned with ensuring that mixed income communities are properly planned and managed from the outset to ensure that they remain sustainable in the longer term. Consideration needs to be given to how tenure is to be integrated and the potential for people across the scheme to mix and so enable the community to develop.

Is the social housing element located in an equally accessible and attractive

Are there opportunities for the different tenures to meet and integrate through the common use of communal areas or paths and streets for example?
What community development proposals are there to encourage community cohesion?
