How to use this checklist

• Assessment is subjective and can be very complex. Try using this simple 'PON system' to get an overall feel of the quality of scheme proposals
          P= Positive - Scheme appears to address issue or criteria;
          O= Neutral - Neither positive or negative;
          N= Negative - Scheme does not appear to address this issue
• Record any notes or suggestions you think of in the middle column
• At the end of the questions press submit
• Your results will be sent back to you showing your overall position, this will provide you with a record of those areas that might need further discussion whilst at the same time showing whether the proposals are positive or negative overall.
