Help us improve our repairs service

We know from your feedback that our repairs service and the way we maintain your home has a big impact on you and how satisfied you are with our services.  You have told us that we need to do more to get the service right first time. So over the next year we’ll be carrying out a project to improve the way we manage our properties including the way we carry out repairs and the way we keep our properties in good condition.

We’ll be looking for a partner organisation that can work with us to deliver the service in a way that meets our residents’ needs, and gives value for money.  We are looking for residents who might want to get involved in this process and help us choose a partner to work with. We’re looking for residents who have procurement or maintenance experience, who could give a few hours of their time every month to meet with us, discuss the service and decide on a potential partner.
