Technical problems with East Thames phone lines
We would like to apologise to any residents or customers that tried to reach East Thames by phone on Wednesday evening and Thursday morning.
We experienced a system error and as a result, our phone lines were ringing out between the 8.30pm on Wednesday and 10.30am on Thursday 17 November.
The error has been fixed and our phone lines are now working as usual. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
