Our culture - making a differenfe in east London and Essex

So, what is it like to work for East Thames?

We ask all our staff this exact question every two years as part of our staff engagement survey. Here are some of the results from our survey in September 2011 where more than 80% of our staff took part.

  • 87% of our staff believe the Group is committed to customer satisfaction
  • 82% of our staff are committed to the Group’s goals
  • 82% of staff recognised the Group as being an equal opportunity employer and respecting individual differences
  • 80% of staff said working at East Thames makes them want to do their best work
