Our people
We have more than 800 staff and a very wide range of jobs at East Thames. About half our staff are based at our headquarters in Stratford and half are spread throughout east London and Essex at our supported living schemes and foyers.
In our Communities and Neighbourhoods directorate there are jobs in: care and support; housing and neighbourhood management; and running employment and community programmes.
In our Development and Asset Management directorate there are jobs in: project managing the development of new homes; and delivering asset management programmes.
In our Finance directorate there are jobs for: accountants; treasury specialists; and financial analysts.
In our Support Operations directorate there are jobs in: IT; human resources and learning and development; marketing and communications; procurement; and policy.
