Satisfaction with Anti Social Behaviour handling
Resident feedback in quarter 2 has shown that dissatisfaction with ASB handling stems mainly from the level of communication residents receive from their neighbourhood manager. To make sure residents are kept informed on the progress of their case we have improved the scrutiny of individual cases; each ASB case handled by neighbourhood manager is now reviewed with their manager with the support and expertise of ASB officers.
