This has improved on last quarter but remains below target due to the number of emergency repairs which require generally two jobs (one to “make safe” and one to complete the repair).

We continue to work with contractors to improve performance on all types of jobs and operatives have been reminded of the importance of communicating clearly with tenants, informing them of what they are going to do and what will happen next if they are unable to fully repair the fault.

Did you know?

We are currently preparing our London properties for the switch to digital TV. Homes in Essex have already been switched over. We are working to upgrade television aerials where necessary. For more information look out for the Winter edition of Street by Street.
