Personalisation - rate types

We charge a competitive hourly rate that varies depending on the level of expertise you need from our support staff and where you live. We can offer you a free consultation to understand your needs and provide you with an estimated cost for your support package.

Rate types

Support- for a support assistant to provide everyday support such as shopping or day trips.
Support plus- for a more specialised support worker to deliver services like money management or counselling.

Rates

If you live in London:
Support: £14.86/hour 
Support plus: £19.42/hour 
Support planning and brokerage service: £22.50/hour  
 
If you live in Essex:
Support: £14.16/hour 
Support plus: £18.49/hour
Support planning and brokerage service: £22.50/hour

The cost of your package will be based on these rates and include the time spent with you, time for sorting out administration and time spent travelling from one of our local services.
