Market Rent

These homes are available to anyone who has a full time job and can afford to pay the monthly rent and their bills.

Eligibility varies depending on the kind of rental option you take up.

Intermediate Rent

These homes are usually set between 60-80% of market rent, but this can vary between developments. All applicants must be able to afford to pay the monthly rent and their bills. Usually applicants living or working in the borough the property is located in are given priority.

Affordable renting for East Homes residents

Affordable rented homes are for people who cannot afford to rent privately or own their own home.
